What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country and message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to operate the site.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation or process a job application. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Job applications
If you apply for a job we collect your name, contact details, experience, message and résumé. These are emailed to our HR team and stored securely on our server, outside the public website, for up to 12 months so we can consider you for current and future roles. Only authorised HR and administrative staff can access them. Ask us at any time to delete your application.
Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption, stores passwords only as one-way hashes, limits repeated form submissions, and records administrative actions in an audit log. Uploaded résumés are never publicly accessible.
Embedded video
Our home page features a YouTube video. It loads only when you press play, and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once playing, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and meet legal obligations. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 by writing to rapross@rapross.com.
