Parveen Kumar Bansal co-founded Rapross Pharmaceuticals in 1995 on a simple conviction: patients deserve medicines of uncompromising quality, promoted with integrity. Across more than 30 years in the industry he has worked alongside leading clinicians and seasoned pharmaceutical professionals, bringing innovative and dependable therapies to doctors across India.
Together with Ranjan Verma he leads Rapross’s ethical business: the company’s own brands, built on close relationships with doctors and delivered through a nationwide distributor network. From its New Delhi beginnings to a presence in every region of the country, he has shaped a portfolio doctors trust, guided by clinical evidence, ethical promotion and the long-term relationships that have defined Rapross for three decades.
Ranjan Verma
The entrepreneur who built Rapross’s reach, and its people.
An action-oriented entrepreneur with more than 30 years in pharma, Ranjan Verma co-founded Rapross in 1995 and shaped the ethical marketing model at the heart of the company. His deep understanding of Indian healthcare, from how doctors prescribe to what distributors need, took Rapross brands from New Delhi to doctors in every region of the country.
Just as lasting are the people he has developed. Over three decades he has trained and mentored thousands of medical representatives and field managers, many of whom now lead teams across the industry. That same energy drives Rapross’s ethical business today, through a nationwide distributor network that takes its brands to doctors and patients across India.
Sharad Verma

Sharad Verma serves as an Executive Director of Rapross Pharmaceuticals. He brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to the business, making sure that what the company promises its partners is delivered on time, every time.
He oversees how Rapross plans, sources and delivers: aligning schedules with demand, building long-term relationships with trusted suppliers, and keeping a close eye on cost, efficiency and timelines. His attention to detail, from the plant floor to the supply chain, keeps operations running smoothly and quality consistent.
Just as important are the relationships he builds with the companies Rapross works with. He works closely with partners to understand their needs, respond quickly and grow together, helping Rapross earn the trust and repeat business that drive its growth.
Nimit Bansal
Building a quality-driven Rapross for global markets.
Nimit Bansal serves as an Executive Director of Rapross Pharmaceuticals, responsible for quality, regulatory affairs, human resources, sales and exports. He helps the company grow its manufacturing and export business on a foundation of compliance and quality.
He works with partners in India and international markets, and believes that strong systems and strong teams go hand in hand. His focus is on building capable, motivated teams and dependable processes that let Rapross serve its partners with consistency and integrity.
